Meanwhile here on the peninsula.
Russian Defense Minister Andrei Belousov landed in Pyongyang earlier on this Friday.
Now this is according to Russian state media TASS which added that he was welcomed by his North Korean counterpart No Kwang Chol .
Belousov will reportedly sit down with a number of North Korean military and political officials.
The visit comes as North Korean troops fight alongside Russian soldiers against Ukraine.
Discussions are widely expected to focus on further military cooperation.
