Terms of Service:

• Reservation is required three days prior to the service use.
• Service Rescheduling: If the call cannot be made due to the recipent’s unavailability, you can reschedule the service for another time.
• One-Time Call Fee: This service is charged per call without a time limit.
• Additional Call Recipient Fee: If a connection to a different call recipient is required, additional charges will apply.
• No-Show Policy: If you do not respond within 10 minutes of the scheduled time, it will be considered a no-show and will not be refundable.
• The service fee is non-refundable once the service has commenced

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 24 hours before booking date: 100% Refund
• Cancellation within 24 hours: Non-Refundable
