• Local Doctor’s Office Visit: Assistance in finding and scheduling appointments, along with accompanying you during your visits
• Regular Check-Ups: Scheduling appointments and accompanying you during visits
• Medical Procedures: Guiding you through medical treatments and procedures
• Medication and Prescription Guidance: Assistance in understanding and dosing your medications

How to Use the Service:

1. Click ‘Buy Now’ to process to next page – Payment will not be processed until you provide your card number
2. Please provide detailed instructions and Special Requirements in the Additional information section on the next page.
   (Date of Vist and Assistance you need: Regular check-up, flu, etc)
3. Choose your Payment method and Click ‘Place Order’ to Complete payment.
4. After making payment, ThxKorea Customer Service will reach out to confirm the service date and the area where you require assistance.

Terms of Service:

• The base rate is for a 1-hour service. If you desire a 2-hour service, please check the time option.
• Reservation is required three days prior to the visit.

Cancellation Policy:

• Cancellation 24 hours before booking date: 100% Refund.
• Cancellation within 24 hours: Non-Refundable.
