How to Use the Service:

  1. Click ‘Buy Now’ to process to next page – (Payment will not be processed until you provide your card number)
  2. Please provide detailed instructions and Special Requirements in the Additional information section on the next page
    (Date of Servicece and Food you want: Korean Fried Chicken, Chinese Food, Pizza, etc)
  3. Choose your Payment method and Click ‘Place Order’ to Complete payment
  4. After making payment, ThxKorea Customer Service will contact you to confirm the service date and address, and provide the final cost of the food along with a payment URL for your order

Terms of Service:

  • The cost of food and the delivery fee are separate
  • A reservation is required at least one hour prior to desired delivery time.
  • Ordering food from the restaurant with the high ratings near your desired location on the Korean food delivery app.
  • Delivery Reservations available from 11:00 AM to 10:00 PM. Delivery times may vary by up to 30 minutes from your desired time, depending on traffic and weather conditions
  • When ordering food in a public area, please go to the designated pick-up area.
    For example, if you’re ordering food at Han River Park, we will provide information about the nearest designated food pick-up location for you to collect your order.

Cancellation Policy:

  • delivery time cannot be changed within 2 hours
  • Orders may be canceled prior to delivery due to severe weather conditions (heavy snow, rain, etc.) or unavoidable circumstances of the service providers.
  • Providing the correct recipient’s name, contact information, and delivery address with the correct unit number (e.g., A-Apartment 201, 103) is mandatory. If delivery is not possible due to incorrect information or an unspecified or incorrect address, no refund will be provided. Please ensure that the recipient can receive the order on the scheduled date and time
  • When entering the delivery address, the correct room number must be specified (e.g., A-Apartment 201, 103). If only the apartment name and room number are entered, delivery will be difficult, and no refund will be given.
  • Delivery to corporate offices, hotel rooms, school classrooms, or celebrity accommodations is not available and is non-refundable due to security concerns. Please pick up your order at the designated lobby area at the scheduled time.
  • The service fee is non-refundable once the service has commenced
