President Yoon will send his former Chief of Staff Kim Dae-ki as a special envoy to the inauguration of Dominican Republic President Luis Abinader.
That’s according to the top office on Monday which added that President Yoon will send a personal letter with the special envoy to express the desire to cooperate with the Dominican Republic closely.
Kim will meet with Dominican officials during the trip.
The top office also noted since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two nations in 1962, they have continuously developed a friendly and cooperative relationship in various fields, including politics, economic trade, and infrastructure.
